CITC does not serve as a referral or dispatch system for any journey-level workers. Selection, interview, and employment as a journey-level worker with a CITC registered Training Agent is not a monitored service provided by CITC. The Training Agent/journey-level worker relationship from recruitment to hire is exclusively between the journey-level worker and the Training Agent. CITC assumes no liability for the Training Agent/journey-level worker relationship, including but not limited to the recruitment and the hiring practices of the Training Agent.
